The 2014 HOA fees in Grandezza include a master HOA and community HOAs. The Master HOA is $335 per quarter, paid by every residence regardless of home style and location. There is also an annual social membership master club fee required of all homeowners unless they have a higher membership (see below for membership descriptions). The 2014 mandatory club fee is $2450.

What does the Master HOA include?

The fee of $335 per quarter covers all common area maintenance of streets, land, and green areas. It also covers the cost to provide guard gate services.

There are several sub-communities within Grandezza. The HOA fees in Grandezza vary based on whether your home is a condo, villa, or single family.

Sabal Palm – $825 per quarter

Oakwood – $1115 per quarter

Villa Grande – $600 per quarter

Single Family

Cypress Cove – $865 per quarter

Grande Estates – $815 per quarter

Savona – $600 per quarter

*HOA fees typically include lawn and landscaping care, exterior pest control, irrigation water, and water. Within condos the building insurance is also included.

Membership Options

Full Golf Membership: $30,000 non-refundable initiation fee OR $40,000 – 95% refundable; $8,500 annual dues

Entitles members to full use of club and facilities, seven day sign-up privileges for tee times & five days for tennis courts, no green fees or court fees, shall pay golf cart & guest fees.

*If purchased w/in 30 days of closing on home in Grandezza, the membership may be purchased for $20,000.

Sports Membership: $7,500 non-refundable initiation fee; $4,500 annual dues

Entitles members to tennis, swimming, fitness & social facilities. Also allowed to golf twelve times November 1 – April 30 and unlimited golf May 1 – October 31.

Social Membership: No initiation fee; $2,450 annual dues – unless a member of higher membership

Social members are entitled to use of tennis, swimming, fitness, social facilities of the club, and to play 6 rounds of golf per calendar year as a guest of a current Golf or Sport Member.
