Sub-Community HOAs

Membership Options

Equity Golf Membership: $35,000 reduced initiation fee

Entitles members to year-round golf (at $23 per round all year), all social activities and events, waterfront dining overlooking the deep-water marina, Sports & Fitness club, heated pool and hot tub, saunas, steam rooms, and a great tennis program.

Sports Equity Membership: $3,500 reduced initation fee

Entitles members to club dining, social activities and events, Sports & Fitness club, heated pool and hot tub, saunas, steam rooms, and a great tennis program. There is also the opportunity to play unlimited golf from May through October.
