Quail West, located in north Naples, FL offers sprawling single family villas and estate homes that rival any of the Top Rated Gated Communities in Southwest Florida. There is a Master Homeowner’s Association in Quail West that all homeowners participate in regardless of size of home.

Each homeowner pays $1,900 per quarter (or $633.33 per month) to the Quail West Foundation Homeowner’s Association. Upon purchasing a new home in Quail West, new residents pay $1,266.66 (equal to two months of Foundation HOA fees) as a working fund contribution fee. There is also a one-time capital contribution of $2,000.

What does the Master HOA include?

The HOA fees in Quail West of $1,900 per quarter covers the maintenance of 14 miles of roads, the common areas, the perimeter buffer, the lakes & conservation areas, the fountains & waterscapes, the 24-hour guarded gatehouse, and night patrol provided by the Florida Highway Patrol.

Quail West offers debt-free, member controlled amenities that include 36 holes of golf and practice facilities, several dining and lounging options, spa & salon, tennis, and 70,000 square foot clubhouse. The HOA fees do not cover access to the amenities. Membership options include:

Golf Equity: $75,000 initiation fee; $3,500 quarterly dues; $1,200 annual capital reserve contribution

*If acquiring an existing Golf Equity Membership with resale property purchase, then $10,000 transfer fee in lieu of initiation fee.

Recallable Golf Membership (available to non-residents only – 5 year term): $25,000 initation fee; $2,500 quarterly dues

House Membership: $25,000 initiation fee; $1,375 quarterly dues; $400 annual capital reserve contribution
