All homeowners in The Quarry pay $695 per quarter to the Master HOA. This is equal to $2780 per year or approximately $232 per month. The master HOA provides residents with access to the Lake Lodge & Beach Club, tennis and fitness facilities. See below for golf options

Sub-Community HOA fees in The Quarry

Depending on whether your new home is a condo/carriage home or a single family, the neighborhood HOA will differ.

The condos/carriage homes typically see HOA fees between $1100 and $1400 per quarter in The Quarry. The single family homes typically pay less than $500 for the quarterly HOA fees in The Quarry.

There are three membership options for those interested in joining The Golf Lodge:

Full Golf Membership – $35,000 non-refundable initiation fee; $6,050 annual dues

Associate Golf Membership – offered on an annual basis at the discretion of the Club; single membership annual dues are $7,600 or $8,150 for a family membership

There is also a Club Membership and Social Membership for The Golf Lodge. The Club membership offers limitations on golf for a $5,000 initiation fee and $2,060 in annual dues. The Social membership has no golfing privileges and provides access to the dining and social activities only. The initiation fee is $1,000 and the annual dues are $370.
