Twin Eagles offers not one but two championship golf courses and as a bundled golf community, all golf memberships are included with the purchase of a home. Both the Master and Neighborhood HOA fees in Twin Eagles differ depending on where the home is located.

The 2014 HOA fees in Twin Eagles can be separated by Phase 1 homes and Phase 2 homes. The homes built in Phase 1 are in the “estate neighborhoods” of Inverness, Glasgow, Strathmore, Lochlomond, Thornhill, and Sterling Hill. For these homeowners there is only a master association fee and it is $4,118.10 per year.

Phase 2 Neighborhood HOAs

The HOA fees in Twin Eagles vary both on the neighborhood and master association level for the Phase 2 neighborhoods.

Hedgestone – no neighborhood association; $3,645.60 per year for the master association

Hollybrook – $840 per quarter for the neighborhood; $2,576.70 per year for the master

Wicklow – $840 per quarter for the neighborhood; $3,126.90 per year for the master

Wisteria – $820 per quarter for the neighborhood; $2,575 per year for the master

Lockford – $830 per quarter for the neighborhood; $2,500 per year for the master

Fenhurst – $4,900 per year combined for neighborhood and master

Covent Garden – $342-$353 per quarter for the neighborhood; $2,212.35 per year for the master

Bramble Pointe – $795 per quarter for the neighborhood; $2,470.65 per year for the maser

There are also fees upon purchasing a new home or resale. If building new construction you can expect to pay a one-time recreational fee of $5000.
